So you know those little changing pads that come with all of your diaper bags? And how they look so huge when your baby is first born? And then they seem to shrink as your baby gets bigger? And I don't know about you, but I'm always disgusted when some portion of my little girl is hanging off of the changing pad onto the changing station in the restroom. So I finally sewed something that will remedy that! I took a portion of a towel I got on sale at Target, some really cute flannel that I had bought because I liked it, and a small piece of elastic. And I came up with this! I guess I should have put the baby on it to give you an idea of the size... But it completely covers the comercial changing stations you find in bathrooms. It's a little bulky, but I don't mind it because I'm always wanting something to use on those changing stations, and I don't like using her blankets.
