Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve found us sharing pizza (low stress, that was the theme for this year!) with Tonya, Chris, Heather, Ashley, and of course my parents who were visiting.
Kahlan took a liking to the lid of the tin for the peppermint bark I brought over...

We convinced Heather to hold Kahlan...

Granmom and Kahlan looked at the lights and ornaments on the tree...

And when aunt Tonya held Kahlan, she kept nose diving.  Apparently this is something that Heather did all the time at her age, so Tonya got a huge kick out of it...

And last but not least, a picture of the family with Kahlan on her first Christmas Eve!!

We felt so blessed to be able to share Christmas Eve with Mr. H's side of the family this year since we were in town.  It means a lot to us all since he will be deployed over next Christmas. All in all, a wonderful night with family!
