House!!

Master Bedroom, very large, with nice windows and a ceiling fan, has a walk in closet (needs a little work, they didn't paint it back after spackling, and it's not really a white paint, but that's pretty minor)

Staircase, very pretty and very study. Mr. H loves it, lol. Carpet in whole house has some wear, but it's not horrible. We have a dog, we don't really want new carpet....

Main living area (there's another to the left with a wood burning fire place that has a nice enclosure, why I didn't take a picture I don't know). This is standing by the front door, so what you would see when walking in. Forward and to the left is the dining area, then to the left again is the kitchen. On the other side of the wall in the left of this picture is the kitchen. Can also be entered from the left, just out of sight of the picture.

Kitchen, from left to right, with a dine in area, I have no idea what the realtor called it. Oh, breakfast nook. That's what it was.
2 car garage it's nice with some built in work space on both sides.

Landscaping in front yard, this is new.
3 bedrooms upstairs, and the master bath. Kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, living room, family room, half bathroom, and laundry area on way out to back yard on ground floor. Garage is detached, 2 car garage. Don't know the square footage, but it's large. The master bedroom is easily large enough for the bed and a small sitting area. The other bedrooms are good sized, one with a walk in closet and one with a closet like the one in our bedroom now, good sized. Living room is huge, but is combined with the entry way, and I might seperate that out to make it a little smaller and have an actual entry way. Family room has the fireplace, and is good sized, not too shabby. No basement, kind of odd, but I'm not complaining! I'm not a huge fan of basements.
No air conditioning, but I think I want to look for a swamp cooler instead, especially with a baby on the way, humidity is a good thing, especially around here.
Huge fully fenced back yard, Ricco will love it. (We are checking right now to make for sure that they will take labs, the receptionist didn't seem to think it would be a problem) The only thing we want them to do to the place is get some old broken toys, tires and lumber out of a corner of the yard, on the other side of the garage out of the way. Admittedly, they may not even know it's there, it's really out of the way. Also, there is a broken down pool (soft sided) that needs removed from the back yard... don't know why that's still there.
Mr. H thinks that it will take him 15 minutes at most, in heavy traffic to get to work.
I'm excited!!
